Try this option if you want something different - again the foil and some coconut milk (lite) with some sweet chilli sauce and chopped green onion
or squeeze some fresh lemon or lime juice over it - add sweet chilli sauce - cook in the foil or microwave in covered dish
Do layers of vegetables and chicken sliced and pour over some of some white wine and garlic and cook in same way

So irritated! It's not fair! Help?
My best friend and I decided to start doing a serious weight loss program before summer so we could wear bikinis this year. It's been one month. I've only lost 19 pounds. My friend has lost 36 pounds.
I have completely changed my eating habits. I eat healthy cardboard crap, fruits and veggies, no more donut for breakfast, no more fast food period. I do 30 minutes of cardio a day, lift weights for a few minutes, and run one mile. absolutely no diet cheating or midnight snacks. I eat five small meals a day. i am working my butt off trying to lose 65 pounds.
my friend? she eats whatever she wants. how does she lose it? she throws it up or takes tons of laxatives(which she steals because shes only 17 and she cant buy them)
everyone comments on how good she looks, and how much weight shes lost. no one ever looks at me and tells me that. and ive done a hell of a lot more than she has!!

I mean everyone trusts mcDonalds.!.!!' They won't rip you off and if you are a hard worker you can even raise a family working for them.

Why is there so many stupid fad diets around?
i hate them all, screw the people that made them up in order to make everyone die of hunger and not be happy with their lives. they want us to die, they don't give nothing about people. They just want money so they can go on with their stupid lives.
so, the American Diet is a fad diet afterall. Who would of guessed?

Unfortunately people turn off their "common sense" when it comes to the hope of magically losing weight. That is why weight loss is now a $60 billion per year industry.
Most of the con artists selling these diet plans and diet products are preying on the hopes of people and making a buck in the process.
People make the excuse that all our bodies are different. They are NOT different.
Every single one of us has to burn 3500 calories more than we consume to lose a pound of body fat. Period. Over and out.
We need to eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly and we could cut our Health-care costs $1.25 trillion a year. That takes care of the deficit.

When on a diet, which is better?
Is it better to plan your meals, or just make good, healthy choices? Please explain why, too.
Also, could you list your favorite diet snacks? Thanks!

It's best to plan so you stick to your diet. When you don't plan then your life gets hectic and you end up resorting on junk foods since they are easy to grab and go. I love carrots and celery with hummus.
Here are some recipes that are also delicious
Cucumber Salad:
1/2 Large Cumcumber
3 T. White Vinegar
1 t. Salt
1 t. Pepper
1 t. Splenda
1/3 cup Red Onions
1. Slice cucumber and red onions into fine slices.
2. Mix cucumber and red onion slices in small dish and add remaining ingredients, then stir.
3. Allow to chill in fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
Cinnamon Apple:
1 Whole Apple
2 t. Cinnamon
2 t. Splenda
1. Core and cut your apple up into small cubes and place in a microwave safe dish.
2. Sprinkle cinnamon and splenda on apple.
3. Place in microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
